Wonderful base for 4 nights with very good staff from the owners down to the waitstaff. Amazing, beautiful location to other villages on the lake. Just next door to both ferry terminals & bus drop off, the water front, and Bars.

Incredible unit with great view. The location awesome and marvellous on the promenade of Bellagio. And really close to the resturant, the ferry and the bus stations and both ferry terminals & bus drop off.

The property was clean and gorgeous and the location was perfect and magnificent. Our standard king room was equipped with brand new AC, balcony, as example. The decor was comfortable and the staff were efficient and high quality. The service here was exceptional.

Booked a room with amazing views of the lake and mountain. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect and incredible - at a short distance from La Perla del Lago.
There was no signal, plus Wi-Fi was very limited.

The excellent staff from the owners down to the waitstaff provided all the necessary info. The room was great-sized, with great view. A hair dryer, a bidet, and shower caps were available there. The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent for traveling around Bellagio, close enough to the ferries and where as all the others are 25 euros. Plus, a scenic park was close to the hotel.

The rooms were great-sized and complete with balcony as well as 1 bathroom. Excellent and stunning location not far from both ferry terminals, the ferry and the bus stations and the port which was handy, I felt safe. Furthermore, I walked to see a scenic park.

Unusual place, it was clean and had efficient and excellent staff from the owners down to the waitstaff. I loved the dining room where free breakfast was served. The venue was in a central location so close to the ferry and the bus stations and the harbour and one of the more affordable hotels. The hotel was only 1 km from Lido di Bellagio.
